The Basics


Once you sign up to a membership, your first delivery will arrive within the next week. You’ll then receive each monthly delivery around the same time in each month after that.

Delivery is free to all addresses within a 5 mile radius of the brewery, and for all orders over £40. For those within an 18 mile radius of the brewery – this covers council areas of Midlothian (Edinburgh), West Lothian, Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and much of the South and West of Fife – delivery is free for orders over £20.


For ongoing memberships, payments will be taken monthly, on the same date each month that you started your membership.

Amending or cancelling a membership:

Ongoing memberships can be amended or cancelled at any time – there is no minimum commitment and you can opt to take a one-month membership ‘pause’ at any time.

General Strangers Beer Club Questions

Is delivery available outside the UK?

No – All Strangers Brewing Co. memberships or sales are available to anyone in UK. Unfortunately we do not currently have sales available to those outside the UK.

I have dietary requirements, is Strangers Beer Club suitable for me?
All Strangers Brewing Co. beers are vegan-friendly, except for ‘Nectar’ which includes honey from the farm. In terms of allergens, all of our current beers contain gluten from barley and wheat malt. In general no other allergens are present in our beers, but we would encourage you to check each individual beer label as occasionally a seasonal special may contain an unusual ingredient.
Can I change or customise the beers I receive?
Our beer club provides a mixed-case of beers, which is usually a mix of our core range and our seasonal specials. We cannot guarantee which beers will be in each case, and the makeup of each case will change from month to month.
Can I order extra beers for delivery with my membership deliveries?

Additional beers can be ordered separately from the online shop, but in general these will be delivered separately to your monthly membership delivery and a shipping charge will apply (if required). If you would prefer your order to be delivered alongside your monthly membership – either for simplicity or to reduce shipping costs – please email before ordering.

How do I manage my membership?
If you need to make any changes to your personal details, you can do so using the My Account page of the website. If you would like to pause membership or change the payment method on your account, you can do this through the My Account area.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel an ongoing membership at any time. If you’d like to cancel your ongoing membership, you can do so using the My Account page. Cancellation will be confirmed by a member of our team, and no further payments will be taken. However all paid-for deliveries will be made.
Can I pause my membership?

If you’d like to pause your membership for one month, you can do so using the My Account page of the website.

Can I have multiple pay-monthly memberships?
Yes, you can have as many membership ‘products’ as you like, for yourself or bought for others as gifts. Simply ‘sign up’ to as many products as you need, but you will need to checkout each membership separately if the shipping address is different for different membership products.
How does the 10% discount work?
When you set up your beer club membership, you’ll receive an email with a personal discount coupon. This can only be used by you (it is linked to the email address which you use to set up your membership), and is valid for as long as you have a beer club membership with us. Simply add your coupon at checkout to receive your discount!
How does the monthly prize draw for members work?
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants on (or close to) the first of each month; entries will only be accepted as those who are active Beer Club members at the time of the monthly prize draw. The winner will receive one case of 6 x 330ml cans delivered alongside their membership delivery for that month.
