This is a light saison, with Perthshire blackberries adding lots of fresh fruit aroma. The beer is brewed with a complex balance of 6 different malts and flaked oats, with ginger and cinnamon giving a touch of warming spice. A little lactose sugar adds a hint of creamy sweetness. Dry, bright and refreshing.
This beer was brewed with barley and wheat malt, but has been crafted to remove any gluten present in the finished beer. Independent testing shows that the beer is verified gluten free.

As always, delivery is free to all addresses within a 5 mile radius of the brewery, and for all orders over £40. For those within an 18 mile radius of the brewery – this covers council areas of Midlothian (Edinburgh), West Lothian, Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and much of the South and West of Fife – delivery is free for orders over £20.
